How to pay monthly assessments and water bills

1. Paying Monthly Assessments - Monthly assessments can be paid by check, via the UPA portal, or through your bank’s bill-pay service.

• Using the UPA Portal: Access the portal at https://upa.cincwebaxis.com/. If you haven't registered, please do so. Once logged in, click on Pay Assessments and follow the instructions.
  • Note on Fees (Effective Jan 1, 2026): Recurring ACH payments now carry a $1.49 fee per transaction, credit card payments have a 3.5% fee per transaction, non-recurring payments carry a $2.95 fee per transaction. These fees are applied by UPA, not the Association.
• Using Bank Bill-Pay: You can set up payments through your bank’s website. You will need the following details:
  • Payee: Lands End Condominiums Association
  • Account Number: (this can be found in the coupon book recently mailed to you by UPA or by calling UPA at 757-497-5752)
  • Mailing Address: Lands End Condominiums Association, c/o UPA, PO Box 2339, Secaucus, NJ 07096-2339

2. Paying Water Bills - Water bills are handled separately and can be paid by check or bill-pay.

• By Mail: Send a check with your bill coupon to the address on your electronic statement.
• Using Bank Bill-Pay:
  • Payee: Lands End C.A.
  • Account Number: Found on your individual water bill statement.
  • Mailing Address: Lands End #519, United Property Associates, 301 Bendix Rd. #300, Virginia Beach, VA 23452-1385.
